Knockouts Artist Association – Terms of Service

Welcome to the Knockouts Artist Association (“KAA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.knockoutsartistassociation.com] (the “Site”) and any content, services, or features made available through it.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use our Site. If you are accessing the Site from the European Union, you must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent to use our services.
2. Membership & Community Use
Certain features may be available to members of the Knockouts Artist Association. By becoming a member, you agree to:

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access if community guidelines or these Terms are violated.

You may not use our name, branding, or any materials for commercial purposes without written permission.
Artists retain ownership of their individual creative works unless explicitly transferred through written agreement.
4. User Submissions
If you submit or post content (e.g., images, bios, project links, videos), you:
• Grant KAA a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and share your content for promotional and community purposes.
• Affirm that you have rights to the content you share and that it doesn’t infringe on others’ rights.
We do not claim ownership of your work—this license is only for showcasing and community engagement.
5. Payments, Refunds & EU Consumer Rights
We use secure third-party providers (such as Stripe, Square, or PayPal) to process all payments.
Payment Terms:
• All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise specified.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.
Refund Policy:
• Event tickets are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Membership dues are non-refundable once activated.
• If a product is defective or an event is canceled, please contact us within 7 days of the issue for a resolution.
EU-Specific Rights:
If you are a consumer in the European Union:
• You have the right to withdraw from any digital goods or service contract within 14 days of purchase, unless the service is already fully provided or expressly waived.

6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
